To use Empower’s Mobile Banking App, you must be a registered Online Banking user to access your account using Empower Mobile. If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking, click here to enroll. Our new Empower Mobile App is available for Apple and Android devices and allows you to:

  • Quick balance: view your account balances without logging into your account
  • Mobile Deposit: quickly snap a picture of a check and deposit it into your account
  • Make payments: check your payment history, view pending payments, and make payments on the go
  • Transfer money: easily transfer money between your accounts, to another member’s account, or use e-Pay to transfer money to other bank accounts
  • Fingerprint authentication: on supported devices, sign into your account by scanning your fingerprint
  • Card controls: Have complete control of your debit and ATM cards, including the ability to freeze, reorder and change your daily signature-based purchase limit

The Empower Mobile App is available for Apple and Android devices through the iTunes Store and Google Play. Members need to be signed-up for Online Banking prior to logging into the App.

  1. Enter your Online Banking username and password. If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking, sign-up here.
  2. After entering your Online Banking username and password, a message will appear stating that a PIN is required and has been sent to the primary account holder’s e-mail address that is on file with the credit union.
  3. Retrieve the PIN from the e-mail address on file to complete your login.

Mobile Deposit

It’s FREE and very easy to do. Simply choose Mobile Deposit in our Mobile Banking App on your smart phone to take a photo of your check and upload it. Click Here for more information.

 

Mobile Banking

Empower’s Mobile Banking, a condensed version of Online Banking that is optimized for your mobile device, is accessible from the Mobile Website. To use Mobile Banking, all users you must first sign-up, even if you are already an Online Banking users.

To complete the quick sign-up process, simply follow the instructions below:

  1. On you mobile device type www.empower-cu.com into your mobile device’s browser and you will automatically be rerouted to our Mobile Website.
  2. Enter your Online Banking username and password. If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking, sign-up here.
  3. After entering your Online Banking username and password, a message will appear stating that a PIN is required and has been sent to the primary account holder’s e-mail address that is on file with the credit union.
